COLLECTION OF ADMISSION LETTERS AND PRE-REGISTRATION SCREENING

28th December, 2009 - 12th January, 2010

Successful Candidates are pay the prescribed acceptance and pre-registration screening fee of Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N7,500) by Bank Draft payable to Yaba College of Technology.

Candidates are to bring along the following for screening and registration:

1. Original and photocopy of Admission Letters.
2. Evidence of payment of acceptance and screening fees.
3. Original and Photocopy of SSCE/NABTEB results.
4. Original and Photocopy of JAMB slip.
5. Two Reference Letters from reputable Nigerians e.g. a Lawyer, Clergyman and last School attended.
6. Testimonials from former institutions.
7. 10 passport size photograph.
8. One post card size photograph (each) of the new student and his/her parents or Guardian.
9. Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of age (Original and Photocopy)

Parents/Guardians are required to personally endorse the attestation form and their own photographs as well as those of their children or wards.

Candidates are to note that there will be no extension of the period of registration.

Any candidate who fail to appear for the pre-registration screening is deemed to have declined the offer of admission.
