What documentary evidence do I need to support my application?

• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate
• National ID Card
• Statutory Declaration

As well as 

• You must attach acceptable evidence (as well as photocopies) for each qualification listed on the application form.
• If an original certificate is unavailable for any reason, you may submit what evidence you have relating to the qualification(s).
• If O'level is over 5 years you must present Original Certificate. 
• You are responsibility to arrange for all the necessary documentation to be obtained in support of your application.  
• The College reserves the right to ask for further evidence of your qualification(s) if required.

The programmes run in the College fall under:

• National Diploma courses
• Higher National Diploma courses
• Undergraduate Diploma courses (in affiliation with University of Nigeria, Nnsukka)
• Post Graduate Diploma courses (in affiliation with Federal University of Technology, Akure)
• Others (Certificate and short courses)

Higher National Diploma ND Result 2 Reference Letters (3 copies each) from last institution attended and any of Clergy, Senior Civil Servant or Lawyer 3 copies of Acceptance letter 3 copies of Acceptance fees Receipt 3 copies of Payment Advice 3 photocopies of SSCE Certificate 3 photocopies of School Fees Receipt IT Letter 6 Passport Photographs

National Diploma PCE Slip indicating score and Registration Number Statement of results Receipt of payment (original and Photocopies) 1 Post Card size parents' & Self Photographs 10 Passport Photographs 2 copies of Acceptance letters 2 Reference Letter (3 copies each original & photocopies) from last institution attended and any of Clergy, Senior Civil Servant or Lawyer
