Dr. Abiodun Omowonuola ADEBAYO-OYETORO is a Food Scientist who specializes in Quality Control and Nutrition. Her career spans over two decades with research focus on general product development, food safety as well as nutrition. Dr. Adebayo-Oyetoro has over 50 publications in peer reviewed journals and those presented at various conferences locally and internationally. She is a member of many professional bodies including Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology, The Nutrition Society (UK), Society for Applied Microbiology (UK), among others. She has won awards both locally and Internationally. Dr. Abiodun O. Adebayo-Oyetoro is happily married with children.
