ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
National Diploma (ND) Five O’ Level Credit Passes in SSCE or its Equivalent Examination which must include English Language, Mathematics and Physics and any two out of the following in not more than 2 sittings:

c. Technical Drawing/Fine Art
d. Biology/ Agric. Science
e. Metal/Woodwork
f. Further Mathematics
g. Chemistry
JAMB REQUIREMENT

Higher National Diploma (HND)
a. All SSCE or its Equivalent Examination requirements for admission into the National Diploma programme .
b. A minimum of Lower Credit award at National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from an institution that has earned NBTE Accreditation plus One Year Post - ND cognate work experience or
c. A Pass at National Diploma in Quantity Surveying with at least Two Years Post - ND cognate work experience.
