Yabatech Management Procures New Mattresses For Hostels.

In her bid to make hostel accommodation convenient and comfortable for students; the Management of Yaba College of Technology (Yabatech) has purchased 3,000 mattresses to be supplied in various hostels across the College.
Since the emergence of the new Rector, Engr. Obafemi Omokungbe has been making the necessary effort that hall of residence is habitable and second home for the students.

He assigned Public Relations Unit to tour the whole hostels and gives him the situation report; after the assignment was successfully executed, the first bold step of the Rector was to acquire new mattresses to replace the bad ones in the hostels.

The Dean, Student Affairs Mrs. A.O. Shobande who took delivery of the mattresses in batches, explained that it is a welcome development; she noted that Management is determined in ensuring that all the hostels in the College wear a new good look.
Shobande assured that henceforth there will be regular water and electricity supply in the hostels coupled with conducive environment for learning.

“After the completion of hostel fumigation that is on- going; the admission to the hall of residence will now be by e-balloting for specific bed allocation and the lucky student will check into the hostels immediately”.
