DISCLAIMER ON CIRCULATING EXAMINATION POSTPONEMENT NOTICE

The attention of Management has been drawn to a document currently circulating on various social media platforms and messaging groups purportedly titled “Postponement of First Semester Full-Time Examinations for 2025/2026 Academic Session.”

Management wishes to state unequivocally that the said document did not emanate from the appropriate official communication channels of the College and should therefore be disregarded by all staff and students.

Members of the College Community are advised that any information relating to academic activities, examinations, academic calendar adjustments, or institutional decisions will only be communicated through officially approved channels, including:

1. The Office of the Registrar;
2. The College Website;
3. Official College social media platforms;
4. Approved internal circulars duly authorised by Management.

 

Students are hereby advised to continue their academic preparations and activities in line with the existing approved academic calendar until an official directive is issued by the College Management.

The College further cautions against the creation, circulation, or dissemination of unverified information capable of causing confusion, anxiety, or disruption of academic activities.

For clarification on any academic matter, members of the College Community should contact the Office of the Registrar through official channels.
